- Manage class registrations, payments and communication
- Keep your child safe and meet our safeguarding obligations
- Send you updates about classes, events and performances
- Share relevant photos or videos on social media or marketing materials (only with consent)
We never sell your information or share it with third parties unless required by law or for essential school systems (e.g. ClassForKids, our payment processor or safeguarding partners).

All information is stored securely in password-protected systems. Only authorised HB Dance staff have access to personal data, and we follow GDPR best practices to keep it safe.

You can request to view, update or delete your personal data at any time by emailing haileyblackdance@hotmail.com.
You can also withdraw consent for photos, videos or communications at any time.
5. Data retention
We keep information for as long as your child is enrolled at HB Dance and for up to six years afterwards (for legal and safeguarding reasons).
