This class is designed for children in Year 3-6 at school. It is a combination class of Ballet & Tap & Commercial.

Ballet teaches good posture and alignment alongside developing musicality, grace and flexibility. Children are encouraged to be creative and imaginative throughout the class and we often use games, props and stories to keep every lesson memorable and interactive.

Tap teaches rhythm, balance and co-ordination skills. Students will learn an understanding of foot and arm alignment, terminology as well as working on individual style. Tap is particularly good for cognitive development and cardiovascular health.

Commercial is a fun, energetic street dance class for children in Year 5 to Year 7 at school. The aim of the class is to build confidence, form friendships and learn some cool dance moves!

We dance to a range of up-beat chart music, old skool anthems and hip hop classics. Children are encouraged to develop their own choreography skills and to interpret the music in their own unique way.
