This is the perfect introductory gymnastics class for little ones. The main aim of the class is to build confidence, encourage exploration of movement and to have lots of fun!

During the class, we work upon the fundamental gymnastics shapes and skills needed to perform the more advanced tricks and tumbles. Children will improve their balance, co-ordination, strength and they will learn how to perform gymnastics moves safely. We often use equipment such as air-tracks, floor beams, ribbons, balls and bean bags to engage our students and to make our lessons memorable.

We hold annual “Parent Watching Weeks” where parents are invited to watch children in class.

*For TRIAL pupils - please wear black shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Children will also need to bring a drink.
