This Y5+ Musical Theatre class combines Jazz dancing with songs from popular musicals. We choreography routines to popular songs from theatre productions, films, musicals and TV programmes.
During the class we develop confidence through performance skills, acting out scenarios, character development and singing.
The Y5+ Musical Theatre class takes part in our Christmas & Summer showcases, where we perform to friends and family at a local theatre.
The uniform for this class is: Black Dancewear. Students will also need skin tone jazz shoes for performances. These can be purchased from www.hai.mydancestore.co.uk.
*For TRIAL pupils - please wear black shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Children will also need to bring a drink.
