This is a dance- based gymnastics class for children in Years 3-4.
This class focuses on developing balance, co-ordination, flexibility, and strength all while building confidence and trying to encourage students to explore upside movements… and of course have a lot fun!
We often use equipment such as air-tracks, floor beams, ribbons, balls and bean bags to engage our students and to make our lessons memorable.
We hold annual “Parent Watching Weeks” where parents are invited to watch children in class.

- Black Leotard
- Black dance tights

- Black T-shirt
- Black Shorts
*For TRIAL pupils - please wear black shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Children will also need to bring a drink.
