This is a beautiful, lyrical ballet class for students in Year 8+. The aim of the class is to build confidence, form friendships and learn Contemporary & Ballet technique.
Students are encouraged to develop their own choreography skills and to interpret the music in their own unique way.
The Y8+ Contemporary class takes part in our Christmas & Summer showcases, where we perform to friends and family at a local theatre.
The uniform for this class is: Black Dancewear. Students will also need skin tone jazz shoes for performances. These can be purchased from www.hai.mydancestore.co.uk.
*For TRIAL pupils - please wear black shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Children will also need to bring a drink.
