This combination class is aimed at children in Years 1 & 2 at Primary School. It introduces students to the exciting world of Musical Theatre through Singing, Acting and Dancing.
We often play drama games, learn tongue twisters and recite poetry. Props are used to encourage creativity and problem solving skills. This is very much a confidence building class as we try to encourage children to “find their voice”.
The Y1 & Y2 Musical Theatre class takes part in our Christmas & Summer showcases, where we perform to friends and family at a local theatre. Musical Theatre classes also have the opportunity to record their songs at a local recording studio.
We hold annual “Parent Watching Weeks” where we invite parents to come and see their children in class. As an addition

*For TRIAL pupils - please wear black shorts or leggings and a T-shirt. Children will also need to bring a drink.
